When entrepreneur Ralf Weber decided to build the new Mantos factory he did not only want to design the most modern plant conceivable, he also wanted to make it with style:
- Hygienic design
- Ergonomic design
- Low noise level
- Food safety
He succeeded in achieving both goals. As soon as you turn into the parking lot, you will see the striking façade and fountain in front of the building that signals right away that this is a unique place.
While most processing plants are a mundane gray, Mantos is a factory designed with architectural thought and consideration for the well-being of the employees. When Mantos chose Marel as its supplier, price was not the only decisive factor. Ralf Weber, owner and manager of the factory, wanted his factory to be the best-equipped processing plant for formed chicken products on the market. He wanted a production line that would put him in front of his competitors regarding quality, hygienic design, efficiency, ergonomics, and food safety.
