The C-2011 Curio Filleting Platform is easy to operate and reliable in production on shore and on vessels. Some mechanical adjustments are required to optimize the yield and performance when processing different species, allowing processors to adjust and fine-tune the machine mechanically according to their needs. A control panel operates the C-2011 Curio Filleting Platform with simple buttons to adjust saddle speed.
