The product is fed into the module with its back towards it and is positioned by the leg guide. The tip of spoon is lowered into the abdominal cavity, ending up behind the abdominal skin and fat.
The guide holds the product firmly as the broad section of the spoon enters the abdominal cavity. The moment abdominal skin and fat are positioned in between spoon and scraper plate, the spoon moves up with the scraper plate remaining in the same position. The fat is then scraped from the skin. The scraper plate moves up and the product is discharged.
