Automated production of homemade-style products
Using minimum pressure and limited mechanical handling, the MasterFormer portions and forms ground meat into products comparable to those made by hand. It retains the structure and texture of the meat mass, making it ideal for forming high-quality products such as steak haché, premium burgers and cordon bleu.
Multiple product possibilities
The MasterFormer can create products with a wide variety of shapes, including burgers with a relief, such as stripes and ground meat blocks. The forming unit can be swapped quickly and easily to change the shape and dimensions, giving you a highly flexible production process and products that really set you apart from the competition.
Flexible production process
At the head of a MasterFormer line, a meat pump provides meat dough. A consistent volume of the basic raw material is deposited onto a single transport belt or onto two belts positioned one above the other. To achieve a particularly loose structure for products such as hamburgers or steak haché, an extra grinder head can be used. Various types of outfeed plates are available.
In a smooth movement, the side parts of the forming unit push the portioned meat into the required shape. The upper part of the unit then descends onto the product to finish its upper side. Each time the unit moves away from the product, the release mechanism in its upper part ensures that the product remains undamaged on the belt. After forming, products can be packed directly onto trays or processed further into coated and cooked products.
