Using pinchers the MasterLink cuts a continuous stream of fresh sausage to your pre-defined length. It also ensures an attractive natural round shape at the end of each sausage regardless of the type of casing used.
Sausage length and diameter can be altered without difficulty, even during production, and in a matter of minutes, you can change from a natural to an alginate casing.
